Currently, I am real happy with the following settings on my '03 KTM 450 EXC: -- Kouba ext. fuel screw - 1 3/4 turns out-- stock Pilot Jet (*may* go up one step with more testing)-- 165 Main Jet-- OECEMN needle on 4th clip position (counting down from top)-- BK Mod set at ~ 1 sec. of squirt duration.
